UNC students living on campus are required to carry an On Campus Meal Plan throughout 学年 (per your 住房 contract).
First-year students living in the residence halls can choose from one of two On Campus 餐计划. If you are considered a sophomore or above in standing (20 years old or 20 earned credit hours), you can choose from two additional On Campus 餐计划. Students who are a sophomore or above in standing who live in Lawrenson Hall, the 阿灵顿公园公寓 or one of the UNC-owned houses are exempt from the meal plan requirement, so they can choose to carry any meal plan available. 他们也可以 choose to carry just 餐厅美元 or no meal plan at all.
Students living off campus can also choose to carry any 餐饮合同 available, including only 餐厅美元. Choose what meal plan works best for you.
的 餐饮门户 will 是开放的 for Spring 2024 starting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Students registered for spring classes can log in to purchase a meal plan and/or 餐厅美元. 餐饮合同变更可以 be made through 5pm on Monday, January 22, 2024. Spring meal plans will be active starting Saturday, January 6th.

Meal plans contain both meals and 餐厅美元. 餐厅美元 can be used to purchase food and beverage items in any of our Retail 餐厅 locations across campus (including our mobile food carts and vending machines). Use your meals in 福尔摩斯餐厅 and Tobey-Kendel 餐厅 (the mobile food carts will be in the Tobey-Kendel courtyard during the year when it's warm enough). Meal plan holders can also use up to five meal swipes per week at 一满碗, Crisol拉丁厨房, 帝国披萨, and 汉堡 & Co.
Students living on campus are required to carry an On Campus Meal Plan throughout 学年 (per the 住房 and 餐厅 contract). Meals are only valid for the semester the plan is purchased; they don’t carry forward from fall to spring, and there is no monetary refund for uneaten meals.
Notes: Averages listed 下面 are based on a 16-week semester, so those numbers may change depending on how you use your meal plan. Prices listed are for one semester.

Summer meal plans and dining dollars are good June 3 - 8月15日 only. Please remember all balances will 8月15日到期th, and there are no refunds for unused meals or dining dollars. Summer hours of operation are different from the academic year hours, so you'll want to check to see what locations are open and when. 夏季办公时间

Use 餐厅美元 to purchase food and beverage items at campus retail dining locations ——不加税! Meal plans include 餐厅美元 automatically, but you can add them at any time during the year by logging into the 在线餐饮门户网站.

家长及支援人员: With our new 餐饮门户, your student can grant you guest access so you can add 餐厅美元 to their account!
餐厅美元 are convenient and easy to use.
- UNC名片: 餐厅美元 are loaded on your student ID (just like a meal plan), so you can use your card to pay for your retail dining and vending 购买.
- 方便: No need to carry cash when your UNC card is loaded with 餐厅美元. 购买 most food and beverage items with no sales tax added when 使用餐券.
- 弘扬: All 餐厅美元 expire at the end of Finals Week in spring. 夏季餐费 are available during summer 会议只. No refunds are given for unused 餐厅美元, 所以一定要使用它们.
- 熊在跑: You can purchase your Bear On 的 Run reusable container with 餐厅美元 at Holmes 餐厅 Hall (cost is $5 to participate in the program).

Guests and visitors are welcome to dine with us in 福尔摩斯餐厅 and can pay
using cash or credit for meals.
